A modern terminal with easy taxis, but most sights are a few kilometres apart.

Where ships dock

  • Yeosu Expo cruise berth and terminal, inside the 2012 Expo site beside the Sky Tower and Yeosu-EXPO station

Getting to town

Customs and immigration are in the terminal. The Expo site and Sky Tower are a few minutes' walk, but the old town, Jinnamgwan hall, the cable car and Odongdo are each about a 30 to 40-minute walk, or a short taxi ride. No shuttle is guaranteed for Western ships.

Metered taxis wait at the terminal and are the easiest way around. The Yeosu Maritime Cable Car crosses the bay from Jasan Park to Dolsan Park in about 13 minutes; it does not go to Odongdo. For Hyangiram hermitage, about 27 km away at the tip of Dolsan island, take a taxi and ask it to wait, or a ship's tour.
