Getting to town

You dock in the small village; there is little in Olden itself beyond a few shops and the old church.

Shuttle buses run to Briksdal Glacier (about 25 km, 40–45 minutes each way), then it is about a 45-minute uphill walk each way, or take a Troll Car. Loen Skylift is about 6 km away, roughly 10 minutes by shuttle. Public bus 115 is seasonal.
